Who we are

Dr. Puskar is the Chief Neuropsychologist and the Clinical Director of State of Mind Neuropsychology.

She completed undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Neuropsychology. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. She earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Neuropsychological Assessment. She completed Post Doctoral training in general clinical psychology in a rural group practice. She also completed a Post Doctorate Fellowship in Neuropsychology through the University of Pittsburgh Department of Orthopedics training in head injury assessment and management. She spent nearly a decade with that department, specializing in assessing and treating older adults with head injury.

Services Offered

Dr. Puskar provides a variety of services to meet a range of clinical needs. She offers comprehensive neuropsychological assessment. She conducts individual psychotherapy. She offers head injury management services. She also provides medico-legal or forensic evaluations including Act 235 evaluations.
